As a developer, you and me are very well to familiar with the Text to Speech program/software, as well as we are also very easily to design the one small program which simply given the voice output from your text. (Using Microsoft SpeechAPI).
But have you ever thing for its reverse process? Like Speech to Text!!! Yes, I know that you have to tried it, even some genius can also try to design it. Even I can also tried and I designed it but it is not so precise because whenever you think about the Speech to Text conversion - at that time, not only simple middleware is concern but you should have also consider the different parameters related to voice like pronunciation, voice speed, speech frequency etc.
